Theresa Marie (LeBlanc) Phillips, 90, of Warwick, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024. She was the loving wife of the late Michael J. Phillips, Jr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Elzear and Ada E. (Gosselin) LeBlanc.

Theresa worked as the Chief Investigator for the State of Rhode Island – Registry of Motor Vehicles until her retirement. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who will be greatly missed. Theresa was a former President of the Easter Seal Parents Association and Vice President of the Rhodes School PTA.

She was the beloved mother of Denise M. Cohen (Ronald) of California, Diane C. McCabe (John) of Warwick, and Michael J. Phillips, III of New Jersey, mother-in-law of Joseph Moore, and a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was predeceased by her daughters, Deborah Ann Moore and Donna Lee Phillips, and her brothers, Leo LeBlanc, Raymond LeBlanc, Clifford LeBlanc, and Richard LeBlanc.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024 at 10:00AM at THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in West Greenwich.

Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 4:00PM-7:00PM.
